Terms and Conditions

Return and Refund Policy

1. Terms of Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.


2. Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product does not match the description or images provided

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are not in their original condition.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Process for Returning Items

Once you have received your Return Authorisation Number (RAN), please:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase and the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) inside the package.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
